An Ebola vaccine that has proven to be 100% effective has been presented to the World Health Organization (WHO) by the Health Minister Veronika Skvortsova.
The Russian Combi vaccine  which was unveiled at the Palais des Nations at the UN office in Geneva, Switzerland was granted patent last week after several volunteers vaccinated with the Russian drug has passed the first and second phase of the research.

The Russian health minster stated that the vaccine might be used in Guinea in March or April , with plans to produce up to 10,000 dosages of the drug every month.
